Included in our Bulk Catalog are super discounts for some of the most popular items purchased by schools in the past. We have focused on products that are a step or two above those that you may typically find at other school art supply distributors, and have tried to source as many products as possible from Canadian suppliers.

How to Order
If you have opened a Teachers' Account with us, you can order directly from our website! Please read below on how to place an order to obtain the Teacher Discount. All items will show up as being "backordered" even if they are in stock. You will receive an email regarding inventory status after your order has been placed. If you would like to know before you order, please don't hesitate to contact us during business hours. Minimum order is $200.
Opening an Account
If you’d like to order through our website, you’ll need to open an account. Please send us the following information in an email to [email protected] with NEW TEACHER ACCOUNT in the subject line. In the email, include the name of the person/people who will be purchasing, shipping address (must be a school address - if you are a homeschool teacher, please attach proof with the email), billing address if different from shipping, and phone number.
Shipping
We aim to have the most popular items in stock, but some items may take a bit longer to arrive. We will ship your order once all items are available unless otherwise noted. Orders that include Special Order Items will be shipped separately once they arrive. Some Special Order Items (marked with an ☻ in description) can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, so please plan accordingly. Orders will typically be shipped Expedited via Canada Post, but other carriers such as CanPar or Loomis may be used if they are more economical. If you would like to use your own shipping method, please let us know at the time of order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is FOB Edmonton. Free shipping (up to $30) is included in all orders.
If your order exceeds our allowances for free shipping, your freight cost will be calculated by:
Calculated Cost of Freight - $30 (amount of free shipping applied)= Amount Owing Before Tax
You will be notified in 1-2 business days of any additional shipping costs.
Delivery
Free deliveries are available for orders over $200 in Edmonton and surrounding areas up to 35kms. Deliveries must be to a school unless otherwise arranged. Most deliveries will go out on Monday, but please contact us if another day is needed.
Refunds
Inspect your order at time of delivery and immediately contact us if there is visible damage to the box(es), or if your order contains incorrect items. Items that are defective will be replaced or a credit given. Any returns for reasons not mentioned will be at the discretion of The Gilded Rabbit and subject to a restocking fee of 10%. The buyer will also be responsible for shipping costs if applicable.
Price Discrepancies
Although we strive to keep our pricing accurate, it is inevitable that errors will occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it. Some products may be limited to on hand products only. Some items may be substituted with a product of equal or greater value. Prices listed do not include tax or shipping.
