Shipping 

We ship anywhere in Canada for a flat fee of $25.99, or free if your order is $200 or more before tax. We only ship within Canada.

Additional shipping charges will occur for items that are over-sized, over-weight, if your combined order is over 22 lbs, and/or if your shipping costs are greater than $30. You will be contacted after your order has been placed and notified on what the additional charges will be. All paper is shipped rolled unless otherwise requested and additional shipping charges may occur. 

Completed orders awaiting additional charges will be held indefinitely or until the customer requests cancellation. Processing fees will occur.

Any product with a minimum dimension of 36" or larger is not eligible for shipping, and will be in-store pickup or local delivery only. Maximum dimensions for local delivery. Delivery orders larger than 36 x 48" may not be delivered same day and will depend on driver availability.  

All orders are shipped through Canada Post Expedited. If a faster Canada Post option is desired, please contact the store for options and pricing. Some items are not available for shipping. If an order is placed containing items that are unavailable for shipping, the customer will be notified via email, the item(s) will be removed from the order, and the difference reimbursed. If the order contains items that are available for shipping, those will still be sent unless otherwise told by customer.

Items that are susceptible to damage due to extreme weather temperatures will not be shipped if it's not safe to do so. These items will be flagged on the website and include some Pebeo products and all drawing inks.

Deliveries 

Our delivery days are Monday to Saturday between 6:30 and 8:30pm. Orders placed before 4:00pm on a delivery day will be delivered the same day. Orders placed Sunday will be delivered Monday. We deliver anywhere in Edmonton and within 25kms from city limits (this includes Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, and Fort Saskatchewan.

Deliveries outside of Edmonton may not be delivered same day - outside factors such as weather and driver availability will determine delivery date). You will get an email after order confirmation with the delivery date, or you can call the store at 780-481-6950 for more details.

Your delivery will be left at your front door and you will receive a text notifying you that your package has been delivered. If you live in a condo or an apartment building, you will be contacted by the driver upon arrival and must meet them at the building door within 5 minutes at which point the order will be left at the door. 

We will attempt to deliver once. If you are not home and there is not a safe place to leave it, or the weather does not allow it to be left outside, we will bring it back to the store. The order can either be picked up, or a second delivery attempt can be done at the cost of the customer.

Returns

Returns or exchanges can be made with a receipt and within 7 days of purchase. We are unable to take returns or exchanges on items that are opened, used, or damaged. Returns can only be processed onto the same card/method that was used for purchase. Sales are final on discount items, clearance items, paper, matboard, foam core, books, portfolios, rulers, and markers/pens, some paint. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on any item.

We do not cover shipping costs for online returns.

Only approved returns will be processed.

A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns.
