In store Pick-Up

All in store pick-ups will require one form of government ID that matches the name and address of the billing address on the order. Due to an increase in credit card fraud we are now no longer able to allow someone else to pick up the order on your behalf. If you do need someone to pick up your order for you, please place your order up to the point of choosing a payment option and send us an email. We will pull your order and hold it for the person picking it up. You can either choose to have them pay for it on your behalf, or you may send an e-transfer to [email protected]. We are unable to accept credit cards over the phone.

Shipping 

We ship anywhere in Canada for a flat fee of $25.99, or free if your order is $250* or more before tax. We only ship within Canada.

Additional shipping charges will occur for items that are over-sized, over-weight, if your combined order is over 22 lbs, and/or if your shipping costs are greater than $30. You will be contacted after your order has been placed and notified on what the additional charges will be. All paper is shipped rolled unless otherwise requested and additional shipping charges may occur. 

*The purchase of a gift card does not contribute to the total needed for free shipping. Only shippable items are included in the free shipping total.

Completed orders awaiting additional charges will be held indefinitely or until the customer requests cancellation. Processing fees will occur.

Any product with a minimum dimension of 36" or larger is not eligible for shipping, and will be in-store pickup or local delivery only. Maximum dimensions for local delivery. Delivery orders larger than 36 x 48" may not be delivered same day and will depend on driver availability.  

All orders are shipped through Canada Post Expedited. If a faster Canada Post option is desired, please contact the store for options and pricing. Some items are not available for shipping. If an order is placed containing items that are unavailable for shipping, the customer will be notified via email, the item(s) will be removed from the order, and the difference reimbursed. If the order contains items that are available for shipping, those will still be sent unless otherwise told by customer.

Orders that include ink will be held during winter months until the temperature is above zero degrees for the duration of the shipment.

Deliveries 

If you require a delivery in Edmonton or within 35kms of city limits, please contact the shop for a quote and timeframe.

Returns

Returns or exchanges can be made with a receipt and within 7 days of purchase. We are unable to take returns or exchanges on items that are opened, used, or damaged. Sales are final on discount items, clearance items, paper, mat board, foam core, books, portfolios, rulers, items sold by the foot or yard, markers/pens, and some paint. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on any item.

We do not cover shipping costs for online returns. Online returns for orders not yet packed and shipped will be fully refunded minus transaction fees.

Only approved returns will be processed.

A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns.
